This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through RustIQ at rust-iq.com. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

1. General Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Free Trial

RustIQ offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to use the trial period to evaluate the service before subscribing.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile page or by contacting us. After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or significant service unavailability caused by us. To request consideration of a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected].

5. EU / EEA Statutory Rights

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase under applicable consumer protection law. However, by starting to use the service immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or, where applicable, once access to the service has been activated.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to the service.
