This Privacy Policy describes how RustIQ collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and Chrome extension.

1. Information We Collect

Steam account data: Your Steam ID, display name, and avatar — obtained via Steam OpenID login.

Rust+ credentials: Your Rust+ authentication token, FCM Android ID, and security token — required to connect your account to the RustIQ Discord bot.

Discord user ID: Collected when you link your Discord account to the service.

Payment data: We do not store your card details. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to provide the RustIQ Discord bot functionality — to receive Rust+ push notifications on your behalf and forward them to your Discord server. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

3. Chrome Extension

The "RustIQ Credentials" Chrome extension intercepts the Rust+ authentication token from the Facepunch login page and sends it to rust-iq.com. The extension does not store any data locally and does not collect any other browsing data.

4. Data Storage

Your credentials are stored in an encrypted format on our servers. Tokens are automatically deleted after expiration. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use: Steam (authentication), Facepunch Rust+ companion API (token registration), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Stripe (payment processing).
